Tidewater’s sustainability approach is governed by the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee (“ESG Committee”). Its purpose is to oversee the Company’s policies, programs and practices regarding matters related to environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) responsibilities and the Company’s management of risks and opportunities in such areas.
