Tidewater is committed to complying with all applicable air quality rules and environmental regulations, including, but not limited to:

• The Clean Air Act
• The International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL)
• IMO Sulphur 2020

All Tidewater vessels utilize low-Sulphur (0.5% mass by mass) fuel and do not require upgrades or modifications to do so.

We continuously work to identify opportunities to prevent or reduce emissions through operational efficiencies and the implementation of new technologies and alternative fuels.
