Tidewater’s suppliers shall comply with all applicable laws pertaining to fair employment practices, as well as laws prohibiting forced and compulsory labor, child labor, employment discrimination, slavery and human trafficking in accordance with Tidewater’s Code of Conduct for Suppliers.

Zero Tolerance

We will not tolerate abuse of human rights in our operations or in our supply chain. We are guided by principles such as those in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization’s Core Conventions regarding child labor, forced labor, freedom of association, the right to organize and bargain collectively, equal pay, and nondiscrimination in the workforce.
